Step 1: Open the Editor
1. Go to
Mini Blog template.
2. Choose your template then click on "Edit" .
Step 2: Edit the Blog Posts
1. Click "Blog" in the Edit Widget sidebar then start building your blog.
Add new posts.Edit , duplicate , hide or delete existing posts. Drag and drop to reposition the posts.
2. Open blog post custom editor by clicking on "new post" button, "edit", "duplicate" or simply click on the post title.
Set a publish date-time for your post.Use the slug URL input to create a unique, user-readable text that identifies your post. The "Written By" (optional) section contains author information, including name and image inputs. For content editing, see Step 3 : Edit The Blog Content. For post category settings, see Step 4 : Add Categories Opening the custom blog post custom editor is also possible if you open your blog post and click "edit content" on the top left side of the popup.
Step 3: Edit the Blog Content
As shown in the previous step
Step 2 : Edit The Blog Posts , opening the blog post custom editor will always open the blog post content editor page.
1. Click "Save" in the top menu to apply and store your content changes, or click Cancel to discard them. A confirmation dialog will appear whenever you click "Cancel" or attempt to leave the editor using the sidebar "Back" button, helping prevent accidental loss of work.
Important: Changes made within the content editor are not saved automatically. If you leave without saving, your content will revert to its previously saved state.
Note: The confirmation dialog only applies to content editor changes. Updates made through the post editor fields (such as publish date, slug URL, author information, categories, and other settings) are saved instantly and do not require clicking Save.
2. The post title, description, and main image are fixed elements and cannot be replaced, dragged, or deleted.
To edit the title or description, simply click on the text and start typing.
To change the main image, hover over it and use the icons in the top-right corner. You can upload a new image or remove the current one using the available controls.
3. While typing click on the "+" icon to add sections or Press "/". Choose option and keep editing.

4. Select text to control its props.
5. Click on the menu icon to control your section's formatting, copy your text, duplicate your section or delete it.
Step 4: Add Categories
1. Preview on Widget: The categories list is displayed on the right side of the widget, directly below the main title. Click the Back button to unselect a category.
2. Categories Editor: Click "Categories" on the sidebar editor. You can edit or delete a category from the menu icon, drag and drop the categories items to change positions, add new category by clicking on "Add Category" button.
3. Category Editor: The category editor has 3 inputs: Label (title), Description and Slug URL. Click "Back" to return to the categories editor.
4. Final Step: After preparing you categories let's return to the blog posts editor and select categories.
Click on "Blog" to open blog posts editor.Click on your post to open the blog post custom editor.Scroll and select categories. Step 5: Adjust the Layout
Click "Settings" to update the widget settings.
1. In the "Layout" you can hide/show the widget title, add margin and padding to the widget container.
Update the title content from the widget using the text editor.
2. Scroll to see more settings. The Posts section controls the blog posts preview.
3. "Show" is the final section where you can control what to show and hide in your widget blog posts.
Step 6: Change Colors
Click on "Colors" to control your background and text color for the widget.
The "Overlay" color choices are related to the posts in "Overlay" type in Settings -> Posts.
Step 7: Preview
Lastly, you can click on “Preview” to see how your mini blog widget looks on both desktop and mobile devices. After this, you can proceed to the next step.
